Initial discovery call: Free of charge.

Initial wealth-planning implementation fee: typically between 1% and 2%.

Ongoing financial-planning fee: typically 1% per year.

Mortgage advice fee: typically £750, payable when a mortgage offer is issued.

The value of investments can go down as well as up and you may not get back the full amount invested.

8. Mortgage Warning
